Amanda Brunker is a former Miss Ireland and model, and a current journalist/columnist for the Irish Sunday World newspaper, chick-lit author and occasional TV presenter.
Amanda participated in the fourth season of Anonymous in 2009. She became Nuala Ni Buachailli – a poet/activist from Galway with a drink problem. She launched a new range of breast milk-based ice cream called ‘Moody Cow’; recruited for a flash-mob; recited her poem ‘Agus’ to anyone who would listen to it; and set up fellow chick-lit author Marissa Mackle, Sunday World co-worker Daragh Keaney, and former minister Nora Owen on a fake radio show The Kitchen Sink where she revealed her new puppet-based show.
HybridFX have been responsible for the transformations on all five seasons; the makeups were applied by Mike Stringer with assistance from Mark Kilburn.
