Character: Gringo

Gringo

Harold, a mild-mannered sales rep living in Chicago with his wife Bonnie (Thandiwe Newton), learns from his accountant that he is broke because of Bonnie's reckless spending.

A few days while he is on a business trip to Mexico Bonnie tells him that she is having an affair and plans to leave him. Meanwhile he discovers that his company is in business with a drugs cartel and that there is a problem with the relationship. Harold is jidnapped by the cartel and escapes but stays in Mexico and opens up a bar by the beach instead of returning home. Meanwhile back in the USA he is declared dead and Bonnie attends his memorial service.

She later gets fat after being alone.
