brain surgery: The Dark Room

Jane ‘Jinx’ Kingsley (Dervla Kirwan) wakes up in hospital with amnesia after emergency brain surgery. Then she learns that she had apparently tried to commit suicide by driving her car into a wall, and may have murdered her lover. But we all know that Dervla’s not really a murderer (even if she became one on Dalziel and Pascoe) don’t we? Fortunately there’s a nice sexy doctor at hand.

It seems that Dervla wanted to get away from her Ballykissangel image, which might be why she volunteered to have her head shaved. A little drastic, methinks.
