Look-alike makeups: Lady Bird Johnson

Claudia Alta Taylor Johnson, usually known as Lady Bird Johnson, (1912–2007), was the widow of Lyndon B Johnson (LBJ) and was First Lady of the United States from 1963 to 1969. After the White House years she focused her attention on Austin, Texas’ riverfront area through her involvement in the Town Lake Beautification Project. She also founded the National Wildflower Research Center, a national nonprofit organization devoted to preserving and reintroducing native plants in planned landscapes now known as the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.

Lady Bird Johnson and Bess Truman are the only First Ladies of the United States to have lived to the age of ninety years or more; in consequence Lady Bird Johnson was protected by the Secret Service longer than anyone else in history.
