Various makeups: Worzel Gummidge

Worzel Gummidge is a walking, talking scarecrow character in British children's fiction, who originally appeared in a series of books by the English novelist Barbara Euphan Todd which were published from the 1930s through to the 1960s.

There have been a number of television adaptations but the main ones are the 1979 version with Jon Pertwee and the new version with Mackenzie Crook.
